I am still working on 3D printing my SkeeRide RC Snowmobile. Getting to the final amount of items to print though. Currently working on the front cover, then I have the tail light housing & side covers left. Unless I decide to go with a mod bumper that helps reinforce the rear suspension mounts. At any rate, enjoy this OctoLapse of the seat base print.

Still loving my Ender 3, although at this point it has been highly modified. I did find one issue, that is 100% my fault. I had the current for the stepper motors turned up way too high so it was overheating the motors and causing the gantry to drop during prints. Once I fixed that issue it is back to printing well. I still need to add some thermal compound between the heartbreak & heatsink I swapped to (a Mellow NF Smart CR10) but given my normal printing temps it isn’t too bad.

I got a new 3D printer for Christmas. It’s a standard Ender 3 and I’m loving it. Sure and Ender 3 Pro or Ender 3 V2 would be better, but so far I’ve had next to no issues with it.
I find it strangely therapeutic watching it print.

Klipper Firmware
I have upgraded both my 3D printers to the Klipper Firmware. Here is my Ender 3 running at round 100mm/s print speeds. The best I could do before was around 50mm/s. Here’s a quick video of it.
